TECHNOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT INDICATORS IN THE BUSINESS CONTEXT INDIGENOUS IMPACT ON THE WAYUU POPULATION (LA GUAJIRA, COLOMBIA)
Contenido principal del artículo
Resumen
This research seeks to describe the technological management indicators in the context of the Wayuu population of La Guajira Colombiana. This is a descriptive and application-type research in the field, based on a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, taking as a sample 12 managers of public and private companies with an impact in the North of Colombian La Guajira. The observation method was applied as a research technique, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. It was made up of different items based on the Likert-style attitude scale, with five response alternatives. In general, it appears unfavorable in the context of company managers, making it clear that there are weaknesses on which to work to improve science and technology, the acquisition of technologies, technological training, and the renewal of processes as the factors that can promote technological management within organizations.
