EVOLUCIÓN DEL DESARROLLO DEL EMPRENDIMIENTO MIGRANTE: UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOM´ETRICA

Resumen
Esta investigación bibliométrica se enfoca en el desarrollo del emprendimiento migrante, un tema muy actual e importante para la sociedad y la economía de los países. El objetivo principal es el abordaje científico del proceso del emprendimiento migrante para determinar una aproximación de un estado del arte y las perspectivas teóricas del tema. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, a través de un análisis bibliométrico con metadatos de la base de datos de Scopus. Los resultados muestran que existen publicaciones desde 1938, pero a partir del 2001 la tendencia de crecimiento ha sido mayor a la actualidad. Se identificaron áreas centrales en la investigación como el desarrollo económico de los países, la mejora en la calidad de vida de los emprendedores migrantes, la educación, inversión, fuerza laboral, factores culturales y socioeconómicos que relacionan el desarrollo del emprendimiento migrante. Los resultados de esta investigación tienen implicaciones importantes, debido a que destacan el interés académico sobre el tema y la necesidad de seguir explorando en el emprendimiento migrante latinoamericano. Los hallazgos tienen implicancias para el desarrollo de políticas y programas que promuevan el emprendimiento en los migrantes.
